Paris Right Bank - Rue François Miron
This street owes its name to François Miron, provost of the merchants of Paris from 1604 to 1609. It corresponds to the Roman road dating from the 2nd century going from Lutèce (Paris) to Melodunum (Melun) and Agedincum (Sens). A Roman and then Merovingian necropolis was on the edge of this road (bones found in the 18th century under numbers 2 to 14).
